Rehearsals/Movies
Marilyn and I practiced the group song for the Recital on Saturday February 2nd, 2018. The name of the Group Song was You Got a Friend by the musical called Beautiful. Darius was helping out with the drums.
After we had 20 minute rehearsal at Marilyn's house, Darius and I went to the movies to see The Kid Who Would Be A King at Regal Rockville Center. the movie started at 11:25 and ended at 1:25. After the movie Darius and I got lunch at Little Caesars and brought it home. We ate the pizza home. Darius and I drove to Twinbrook Community Center to Marilyn's Recital on February 3rd, 2018. We sang You got a friend first. When I got on Stage, First I sang the song which is called What About Us By Pink then played piano to the song called Something Just Like This By The band called The Chainsmokers. Everybody days I was very proud of myself. After I left the Recital early, My parents took me to the AMP Strathmore for Tech Week. We all practiced our solos,duets, on the stage we are ready. The group songs were sing our We Will Rock You and Don't Stop Believin to the end of the show which is called Our Journey. I'm sing 1 solo and 1 duet the name of the song is Something Just Like This by The Chainsmokers and Count On Me by Bruno Mars.
It is going to be great show. After Tech Week, I went home and was tired so I went to bed!!
