Winter Break 2018-2019 Part 1

I had a great Winter Break. Sizhe, Lily, Ashley, Leah, Sadie and I went to California Tortilla to eat lunch on Tuesday January 2nd, 2018. Sizhe ordered chicken club burrito and I ordered a Honey lime burrito. I also got a ride from Lily home. Elias and I went to Panera then we went to see Mary Poppins Returns on December 29th, 2018. At Panera I ordered a Small Mac and Cheese and Elias ordered a salad It was delicious. The movie Mary Poppins Returns was 2 hours 10 minutes. and It was a sequel to the old Mary Poppins. It was about Now an adult with three children, Bank teller Michael Banks(Ben Winshaw) learns that his house will be repossessed in five days unless he can pay back a loan. His only hope is to find a missing certificate that shows proof  of valuable shares that his father left him years earlier. Just as all seems lost, Michael and his sister receive the surprise of a life time when Mary Poppins(Emily Blunt) a beloved nanny from their childhood arrives to save the day and take the Banks Family on a magical adventure. Jorge, Kelly, Sizhe and I went to see Second Act on Thursday December 27th, 2018. The movie was 1 hour 45 minutes. Value Shop assistant manager Maya Vargas (Jennifer Lopez) wants only one thing for her 43rd birthday a promotion. While her resume may not scream upper management, her track record certainly does. Vargas is an innovator who listens to customers and deliver results. When she loses her job to a college educated candidate. Maya sets out to prove to Madison Avenue that street smarts are as valuable as book smarts and its never too late for a second act. I went to see Holmes and Watson at Regal Rockville on Wedsneday December 26th, 2018. the movie was 1 hour 30 minutes. The movies was about Detective Sherlock Holmes and Dr. John Watson join forces to investigate a mysterious murder at Buckingham Palace. It seems like an open-and-shut case as all signs point to Professor James Moriarty, the criminal mastermind and longtime nemesis of the crime-solving duo. When new twists and clues begin to emerge, the world's greatest sleuth and his trusted assistant must now use their legendary wits and ingenious methods to catch the killer before the queen becomes the next victim.
